Describe your relationship to the place you’ve selected.

I have selected this place Nørrebro because I am a citizen of this city and neighborhood having the opportunity to create new consumption habits in terms of food and products. Which is a space in the city with the capacity to repair, restore and reuse waste materials to re-design products, for example, furniture, soap, etc. If we talk about food the offer of restaurants and places is quite diverse but prices are a bit high.

Describe the People and Place: Provide information that would be helpful for an outsider who has never been there and may have no context about this Place to better understand the area.

Our solution is important to make people healthier daily life in its consumption habits. It has effect of diets on the health of the population since promote better future choices. The place unique since the food they eat is always not taste so there is a challenge to make them try new options with affordable prices.

Challenges: Describe the current (2020) and the future (2050) challenges that your food system faces.

Our goal for 2020, is looking for urban development of the App in the Danish context in the city of Copenhagen. Including stakeholders from the public sector as well as multinational companies, small companies, and citizens entrepreneurs as a part of the digital ecosystem. Lines we are considering into the selling pool are; restaurants Michelin, food waste, watches, jewelry, soap, shoes, bags, cars, motorbikes, bikes, adult clothes, bedclothes, kids' clothes, baby clothes, and baby accessories, gym memberships.

 We see the future in 2050 as a big challenge because it will depend on how much we reduce the CO2 footprint through a period of 6 months to 1 year in our first pilot city. Of course, we would like to scale-up in different cultures and diverse contexts as we mentioned before London, Berlin, Santiago, Singapore, Amsterdam, Instanbul, etc. are good target cities for us. We trust that technology will help us to live with the new melting ICE challenges of today.

We are building our Bluedaily App linked to the Open banking data through digital credit cards (Apple wallet) that track our consumption CO2. This Fintech system is going to send the information of customers to the bookkeping SaaS. At the same, we can have the suppliers' information host in Google cloud.

Address the Challenges: Describe how your Vision will address the challenges described in the previous question.

We are building our Blue-daily App linked to the Open banking data through digital credit cards (Apple wallet). Food and Product Ecosystem is considered a high consumption cost that impacts our lives in a positive and negative way. On the other hand, the affordability of products has a relation to the environmental impact of our CO2 footprint. Expensive products are more environmentally friendly than the cheapest one. This is what we are trying to re-think in a new way of thinking and acting when we buy our products.

High Level Vision: With these challenges addressed, now provide a high level description of how the Place and the lives of its People will be different than they are now.

Matter company is a potential partner for us because we can use money from pension to distribute food at cheaper prices "food sharing" style. The migration of refugees, the floating populations, can be benefited from an initiative like this one. In the meanwhile, they have already arrived in a country and they are looking for a job. Cheaper prices in eating is an asset and a good way to think about the distribution system of pension in Denmark. In the same way, the restoration of furniture and other articles helps to furnish the accommodation. We see the potential of changing the local's life as well as expats into the country. Also, a way to create networking with OPEN Danes locals.

Full Vision: How do you describe your Vision for a regenerative and nourishing food future for your Place and People for 2050?

More than nourishing food for developed countries. We provide a platform that pushes every day in making healthy decisions in terms of sport, food, and product options. Of course, the App will be selective to improve customers' healthy consumption. It is a facilitator of nourishing food through waste food for people who can't afford expensive restaurants.
