The place Indore which I have selected in the foodies' hub in central India, its financial hub in central India, here people like to eat more spices delicious food, as well as sweet most famous snacks here is(Pooha Jalebi & Sav) from such a famous place in Indore like 56 Dukan, Sarafa bazar, Meghdud garden street much more. in central India, Madhya Pradesh whole wheat is the primary source grain is around 21006 MTs, Indore hits hattrick records for the cleanest city in India which has the largest waste management plan in Asia. Challenges: Describe the current (2020) and the future (2050) challenges that your food system faces.
Current Challenges: History in June 2017 farmer's surgical strike in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra and many other states farmers attempted to suicide, the farmer union is not getting a good price of milk and vegetables in wholesale markets. All margins are earned by the middleware man i.e brokers(list: Wholesaler, Distributor, Supplier, Retailer, Local RetailerShop) and mismanagement of demand & supply gap of goods. In this gap, the actual consumer gets the produced goods 3-4 old days due to a long supply chain and people buy the produced goods in bulk for Time/Money saving and store in the refrigerator full for 3-4 days or a week. by this way of management actually freshness & nutritional value reduce people, think that they save money while buying bulk goods from the market, actually, most of the goods are wastage in the last 2 or 3 days. even they pay more money for the garbage of fruits & vegetables.

Our vision is to reduce the traditional supply chain network for produced goods delivery to the local market, better price of goods get in the same place and generate additional employment in villages for produced goods food processing & training, education by which migration of small village people to cities control for job purpose, population & traffic are control in cities because people are diversified into Ruler/Urben area.
Our vision is to deliver freshly produced goods (Fruits/Vegetables) to consumer doorstep in the completely prepared form so they can cook any recipes very quickly with all ready to cook ingredients.
High Level Vision: With these challenges addressed, now provide a high level description of how the Place and the lives of its People will be different than they are now.
