Currently the local farmers are practicing conventional methods - open sun drying to dry different fruits. they are facing with poor quality and low productivity. The target area has a huge potential of several types of fruits and vegetables. A large amount of this potential get wasted every due to lack of efficient post harvesting techniques, due to this issue the locals are facing finical crises. There exists a vast potential of producing dried products and generating a suitable revenue, which will rise the living standards of local farmers.

A huge amount of agricultural produce will be protected from being wasted. Our hybrid solar dryer is a feasible and sustainable solution to this issue.
