I am a native of guangdong, living in guangzhou, the most prosperous city in the pearl river delta.I have a good understanding of the economy and pace of life in this city.At the same time, I love the unique food culture here.The food culture here is the civilization of the whole country. I hope that in the future, I can bring the food culture here to further parts of the world

In the pearl river delta region of guangdong province, the economy is booming and people are living at a fast pace.But the demand for food quality is very high.People here have strict control over how food is prepared.Ingredients, cooking methods, try to preserve the nutritional value of the food.The pearl river delta is located at the junction of tropical and subtropical zones, with a monsoon climate and a rain-heat delta. The terrain is flat and suitable for the development of planting.In this changeable climate, people's physical conditions will also change greatly in a short time, so people prefer to adjust their physical conditions with food.Different soups are used to recuperate their bodies in different seasons.It can be seen that people's demand for food nutrition is strong.
