What country is your selected Place located in?

Describe your relationship to the place you’ve selected.

Its my Place of Birth, was born in the Coast region of the country, I have always wanted to use technology to help / save the future generation, hence coming up with a solution that helps home, excites me....

Describe the People and Place: Provide information that would be helpful for an outsider who has never been there and may have no context about this Place to better understand the area.

The most eaten food in the entire Africa.............

What is the approximate size of your Place, in square kilometers? (New question, not required)

What is the estimated population (current 2020) in your Place?

Challenges: Describe the current (2020) and the future (2050) challenges that your food system faces.

Obusuma is eaten across Africa, by different tribes daily, for the survival of mankind and the crops used we need to come up with a system that enables local tribes to understand the problems faced by people who Over rely on certain cash crops and the disadvantages it brings to Africa as a whole when tackling hunger and starvation; Especially since Africa is experiencing the worst invasion of Locust in decades.

Address the Challenges: Describe how your Vision will address the challenges described in the previous question.

The Obusuma Baker will address two common problems: the mode of preparation and the time taken; including reducing the health hazards. Mode of Preparation & Time taken - in simply 3 minutes the food is ready, hence preparation becomes easy for even a child to prepare with minimal or no risks at all; this will also help in addressing over reliance of cash crops for Obusuma making when one can mix or use what is readily available.

High Level Vision: With these challenges addressed, now provide a high level description of how the Place and the lives of its People will be different than they are now.

Obusuma in most places is cooked by Gas, Charcoal, Firewood, kerosene among other out dated forms , through the introduction of the Obusuma Baker, Cooking is within a button hence safer, quicker and eco-friendly

Full Vision: How do you describe your Vision for a regenerative and nourishing food future for your Place and People for 2050?

Obusuma Baker empowers the Lovers of The African Cake, in Africa there are people who can't do without Obusuma daily!; either they have to eat it every morning , lunch or evening, finding ways on educating them on the best nutrition and eating habits remains key in helping fighting starvation across the world.
