Malabo, on the island of Bioko, is a port city and the capital of Equatorial Guinea. There are samples of Hispanic colonial architecture, such as the neo-Gothic cathedral of two towers Santa Isabel. For its part, the Green House dates from the nineteenth century and was built in Belgium. The Equatoguinean cultural center includes a gallery and spaces for performances. Challenges: Describe the current (2020) and the future (2050) challenges that your food system faces.

Equatorial Guinea's food system faces many challenges for 2020 and 2050 because within the country farmers do not have support to carry out their agricultural work and all the food sold in the country all that is consumed is imported from abroad and farmers only work subsistence food for them and their families and because of that situation there are many shortages of food products in the market that seceded because the entire economy of the country depends on oil.

Address the Challenges: Describe how your Vision will address the challenges described in the previous question.

BIOKO poultry farm is created according to all the above mentioned needs according to the latest national economic forum the government is appealing to the diversity of the national economy and the promotion of the private sector BIOKO poultry farm comes to respond to that primary need as is the need to supply the country with food products such as eggs, the chicken, and the hens as indispensable food in the daily diet of the people and with that movement we hope to motivate more young people and farmers to join and that together to yawn in principles our country and then to the whole world for that reason I usually create conferences and talks in the university to motivate the young people who undertake in the agriculture.

High Level Vision: With these challenges addressed, now provide a high level description of how the Place and the lives of its People will be different than they are now.

the life and place of the people of malabo or equatorial guinea will improve because creating the poultry farm BIOKO a company that has the ambition to grow more and more will create jobs for more equatoguinean families and improve their lives and the other aspect is that the poultry farm BIOKO provides quality food at better prices and made in the country the citizens will eat much healthier. there will be fewer illnesses due to eating products in good condition thus reducing the unemployment rate because the company will create many jobs and young people who are motivated also

Full Vision: How do you describe your Vision for a regenerative and nourishing food future for your Place and People for 2050?

my vision and mission is that in equatorial guinea to the companies specializing in the primary secondary and tertiary apart from oil this country has other great wealth not yet explored and I believe that if we work we can make this country a healthier country with people well fed with products of their nation and committed to the environment

Hi Daniel Mobajale
Thank you for your submission. To further build a stronger Vision for your chosen place, the following questions/comments might come in handy for you;: - Could you explain how your Vision will address the following six interconnected themes: Environment, Diets, Economics, Culture,Technology, Policy in your place? - How might you evolve your Vision to make it more inclusive and systemic for your local food system and its numerous stakeholders? Do you already have a change to connect to some stakeholders regarding your Vision? Also you can check criteria of evaluation the Vision on the Food System Vision Prize website in the section "How Your Vision will be Evaluated" http://bit.ly/2X4ZxQk
