Addis Ababa is the capital city of Ethiopia and the African Union and is often called the "African Capital" due to its historical, diplomatic, and political significance for the continent my company work in this city with 7 years and city has differnt tyep of poples and they have demand packed foods and the city also main destitution center for all Ethiopian city's

Perhaps the highest praise one can direct at this chaotic, contradictory and compelling city is this: Addis Ababa does feel exactly as the Ethiopia capital should feel -- singularly and unmistakably Ethiopian,Eating Ethiopian-style means rethinking many things you might assume about eating. That's because the foundation of almost every meal in Ethiopia is injera, a one-of-a-kind pancake of near-universal proportions. At seemingly every turn, plates, bowls and even utensils are replaced by injera. Atop its rubbery surface sit delicious multicoloured mounds of spicy meat stews, tasty vegetable curries and even cubes of raw beef.
Other staples that are ever-present on most menus are the much-heralded wat (stew), kitfo (mince meat) and tere sega (raw meat).It is temperate on the plateau and hot in the lowlands. The country lies wholly within the tropics, but its nearness to the equator is counterbalanced by the elevation of the land. At Addis Ababa, which ranges from 2,200 to 2,600 m (7,218 to 8,530 ft), maximum temperature is 26 °C (78.8 °F) and minimum 4 °C (39.2 °F).it has multi-cultural and multi-ethnic country,different langues and culture

For future my vision works and we can secured food I believe by creating food processing company and proper storage my vision is big and very helpful for food wastage let I tell you detail we can reducing food wastage we will create small food processors in farm area it means we make agreement with farmers contact farming and we create small processing within in that area or farmers family members then we give training and provide proper storage system depend on product type then they processed first round by receiving direct with farm and farmers without any waste of product in regarding transportation or storage they clean dry and some process depend on product characters then we create platform or market with big food processing companies to receive their product we develop tractability for market and we reduce wastage , secured food ,creating job ,creating system ,good nutritional food and more
Environmentally its safe because we use that wastage in the farm for fertilizers because we process first round around farm area, diets we can get good food for individuals or big plants we almost solve first round processing and keep in proper storage before market ,in technology we use simple technology we use dryer and cooler , in policy no problem because our county main agenda are agriculture , in economy it makes big contribution by reducing food wastage and create many youth women farmers family around their village they love it work with their families’ culturally not affect our culture

Our farmers not that much beneficiaries from the farms specially in harvesting time because of luck of market price and that time every farmers sell in low cost plus perishable foods also will be wast because of short of processing company and then our society pay high price after that season
