Hi AngelaW!

Thank you for your post. It is always good to learn from best practice. As someone with a lot of experience in finance, what do you see as areas of inefficiency that hamper the delivery of good customer service?

Hi AngelaW!

Your 'No Wolf of Wall Street' post is excellent! I started thinking about financial services/products for credit union staff so they better understand their customers.

I read through all the award winning banks on your link. It is interesting to see what they are all doing. I really like the ING Twyp app for peer-to-peer payments.

I found this article while I was doing some research - https://www.gobankingrates.com/checking-accounts/10-best-checking-accounts-retirees/
