In Service Design class, my team and I were tasked to come up with a service around the mobility of goods & services. We decided we wanted to focus on low-income young mothers. We came up with three different solutions, an automated social worker, a WIC-approved grocery truck, and a MOOC/podcast service for young mothers to get their GEDs. Eventually we decided the MOOC service, EDU-GO had the most potential and we flushed out the system some more. You can find our insights and concept here.

Very glad see you share the EDU-GO project Amy! There're a lot of rich in your attached pdf and the external project site. It'd be great to include some of the content in the body of your post so that it'll be more visible to the community. In going forward, does your team have any plans to prototype EDU-GO with people in your local community? We'd love to see how this idea can evolve and be tested with real users in the upcoming Idea phase of this challenge!
