Give kids invaluable financial independence by teaching them how to run a micro-enterprise

The Club Kidpreneur Foundation is a not-for-profit enterprise that brings together whole communities to deliver a real-world business experience to children, teaching them invaluable financial literacy and life-skills along the way.

They motivate children to overcome obstacles by allowing them the opportunity to try and fail in a supportive environment with no boundaries. This year we will work with over 500 schools across Australia and New Zealand to develop 10,000 young entrepreneurs we call ‘Kidpreneurs’

Kidpreneurs are empowered to take on their futures head-on and see life as full of opportunity. They are full of ideas that they can bring to reality. The resilience and courage they learn allows them to be goal oriented, resourceful and independent. If things don’t work the way they had originally intended they use their imagination to try a new way.

Kidpreneurs are self-aware, allowing them to work in teams and to collaborate on projects where they can recognize the strengths of others. The value of money is important to Kidpreneurs as they have learned how to earn it through real-life business scenarios.

The Club Kidpreneur Program  is accessible to children from any background and comes at no –cost to schools or parents as the children pay back their business set-up costs out of the revenue raised.

Any profit made is donated to worthy causes in their local communities. This encourages kids to become global citizens and to use the power of business for good. Since 2013 over $350,000 has been donated by young Kidpreneurs.

DIY(Do it Yourself) is the best way to teach a kid and gives a lifetime experience. By donating their profit,children learn sharing and develop empathy for those who cannot afford their quality of life.
