Cool aid workers effectively, safely, and in a cost effective manner

The idea is to basically have aid workers wear a shirt under the protective gear that has tubing sown into it so that cool water can be pumped through the tubing and cool the aid workers off, it can be reused because it is underneath of the protective gear, and if needed can be put through a cleaning process if needed.

Basically there is a small water resevior fillled with water and a coolent (ice, or other cold substance/item) that cools water down in the resevoir then a small 12 volt pump will move the water from the reseivoir to the tubing and moves it around the tubing cooling the wearer down. The water is then returned to the resevoir so that it can be cooled down again and reused.
