A Community-based fitness TV show helps to connect viewers with the real word trainers. The program is not advertised as a Fall Prevention which may lead to turn-off some elderly. Everyone wants to feel they are not old so some elderly tend to avoid programs targeted to elderly. So in this program, we are addressing it more as a way to learn Tai Chi. Based on the research it was evident that Tai Chi helps in reducing falls by improving balancing. Hence, this TV 2 Tai Chi program will prevent falls.
