ACP Decisions is a nonprofit foundation "consisting of a group of clinicians who want to empower patients and families with video support tools." They provide the videos to caregivers and to individuals to help people better understand the medical choices they are making. The support tools are "carefully crafted after undergoing rigorous review by leading experts in medicine, geriatrics, oncology, cardiology, ethics, and decision-making." The project was started by Dr. Agenlo Valances and builds on his work to change the way we talk about end of life medical care. He talked about this in the article "How Not to Die" in 2013.
