Fuelfor was commissioned by the Lien Foundation to reimagine the hospice experience. The following is the process Fuelfor undertook:
"The team considered patient journeys from point of referral to hospice, daily life within hospices, handling the moment of death and following the family's bereavement process. 16 key insights were identified and translated into opportunities to improve and impact the products, services, spaces and communication of hospice care".
It culminated in a design handbook with insights from stakeholders and steps closely linked with design thinking to overcome hurdles in the journey.
