Five Secrets:

  1. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF
  2. LEAVE NO REGRETS
  3. BECOME LOVED
  4. LIVE THE MOMENT
  5. GIVE MORE THAN YOU TAKE

Five Regrets:

  1. I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
  2. I wish I didn't work so hard.
  3. I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings.
  4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
  5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.

What is a provocation or insight that might inspire others during this challenge?

Gaining empathy for those who aren't able or willing to articulate their experience leading towards the end of life.

Nice one Joshua. This reminds me of Joanna's post: Creating a new ending It makes us think about what really makes at the end-of-life.

I'm glad you brought up your provocation, Joshua, and yes Shane, I think this ties very nicely to Joanna's Creating a new ending post. I think it's safe to say most of us enjoy positive and provocative messages, but not everyone may want to hear it, especially at the end of life. Finding the balance, right audience, and right timing could be an important exercise.
