Drawing Inspiration from the Sexual Revolution

How might we draw inspiration from the sexual revolution to destigmatize open conversation about dying and emphasize patient choice?

The sexual revolution largely destigmatized open conversation about sex. Sexual desire, like death, has always been around, but the sexual revolution transformed cultural understanding.

Planned Parenthood advocates for individuals' right to choose amidst some controversy which could also be interesting to learn from. IDEO did a project for them which lives here: http://plannedparenthoodexperience.org/.

What is a provocation or insight that might inspire others during this challenge?

How might we de-stigmatize conversation about dying and what matters at the end? How might we advocate for patient choice at the end of life?
