The topic of this challenge is difficult  for many people. And understandable; most people don't look forward to dying and many experiences with death are surrounded by grief and sorrow. So best to stay away from death as much as possible.

But if we want to discover new ways of dealing with dying, we'll have to get closer to death to understand it better. You can prepare better for what you understand.

So Cathrine Ertmann, a photographer from Denmark, made a documentary series about death, called About Dying. With this series she tries to show what happens after someone dies, literally. So that people understand it better. And to help break the taboo just a little bit.

What is a provocation or insight that might inspire others during this challenge?

Wisdom comes from insight; we need to know more about death to better deal with dying. What do you know about death?
