Dying is something we, as a society, don't talk about. It is relegated to the last few moments of life, if at all dealt with. It doesn't have to be this way.

I would love to see a tool that helps guide people through all the different elements of the end of their life. From suggesting estate planning attorneys to prearranging funeral or memorial services. This resource would serve as a place where loved ones could access the wishes of their dying loved ones. It could point them to articles and support groups to help them cope.

At it's core this would be one place to go to handle all matters pertaining to the end of your life and as a way to share that information with your loved ones. However, the beauty in this resource would be that it walks people through all the different elements they need to consider before leaving this world. It's a lot to think about, even for the most pragmatic. This tool would take the burden off of the individual and help guide them and family through everything they need to consider.

I totally agree that a guide for planning end-of-life is necessary. I've been researching all the elements of planning joyful events such as a wedding...couldn't we plan our end-of- life around all the things that have made us happy in life?
