Do we know when to prepare for "end-of-life"?

Life is often cut too short, are we preparing all along the way?

The end of life concept is designed to fit into the later years of life. People who are old, lived a long life, had their chance. I challenge that idea. As a former Marine I know we lose our best first. Too many aspiring people die before their time. I would challenge that end of life begins at the beginning of life. I make that statement as a veteran, but also as an uncle who lives each day with the worry of losing a nephew to a medical condition which takes life far too early. Please, and I beg anyone who reads this! Cherish each day as if it were your last. Treat the day as if it were your, or someone you loved, end of life experience. And for my grandparents who are dead or dying from Alzheimer's and dementia, change their experience to one where they are loved each moment because each moment is the only moment they are in. Love covers all.
