Just how connected are we to the infinite? Can we get through that eye of the needle or are we more like the camel?

Breakthrough the fear of dying, both unknown unknowns and the very-well known dark side within our story, through deep continuity equations.

Who is your idea designed for and how does it reimagine the end-of-life experience?

Everyone. Who talks about continuity equations? Just mathematicians. Who talks about the relations between the finite and infinite? Just theologians. That all has to change. First, we learn the continuity equation that binds all things, everywhere, throughout all time, in a dynamic relation. Then we look at all the dimensionless constants, over 300 of them, that create the bridges between the us, the finite (we who die) and the infinite (the eternal) and we learn how to cross the bridge.

Here is an image of the first 30 notations of 201 that encapsulate the universe.  But more than encapsulating, this model changes our perceptions of the very nature of space and time and of self.  By limiting our vision, we limit ourselves and our participation in the fullness of life and death.

What early, lightweight experiment might you try out in your own community to find out if the idea will meet your expectations?

1. Establish a test to teach the model in the shortest period of time. Already tested with sixth graders, it is not impossible to grasp.
2. Establish the nature of continuity and discontinuity. The depth of one's insight is difficult to measure, but every instance of the wages of sin within our life is a discontinuity equation. Identifying and opening all those discontinuity equations is the short goal.
3. Making it a joyful release, opening all paths to the infinite is the long-term goal.

What skills, input or guidance from the OpenIDEO community would be most helpful in building out or refining your idea?

There are many IDEO folks who have phenomenal insights, projects, and gadgets-and-gizmoes that can help people get in touch with themselves. Many of these can be used to "Identify and open all those discontinuity equations."

"Dreamers: IDEO has created this platform, not to go away, but to get deeper and richer. It challenges us to begin to see the analogues within each others work and find ways to begin to work together. Your Global Dream Wall is such a project. We all dream. The first four hours or so is deep. We are truly resting in the infinite. The next few hours we dream and here within the infinite our thoughts, images, ideas, insights and wisdom assimilate and we begin setting our goals for the day."

Thanks, Dov. Just now reading your "Innovation in Aging"
on LinkedIn.  Very good.   I hope we  can connect after the 4th!
