The Sun says goodbye and the Moon says hi.
It’s time to sleep my love,
It’s time to rest our eyes and our body.

We put the toys away and say, “Good Night, toys.”

We take a bath and say, “Bye bye, ducks.”

We brush our teeth and say, “Good Night, toothbrush.”

We go to the bathroom and say, “Bye bye, toilet.”

We wash our hands and say, “Good Night, bubbles.”

We read a story and say, “Bye bye, book.”

We close the door gently and say, “Good Night, door.”

We turn off the lights and say, “Bye Bye, light.”

We close the curtains and say, “Good Night, Moon.”

We close our eyes and say, “Good Night, love.”

This book is intended to use as a support for parents and for the children to learn the sleep routine and to put themselves to bed. It also gives the parents insight on how to put their child to sleep. Since 0-3 does not have a lot of language skills, the sentences were designed to established rhythm for them to learn the routine in a simple manner.
