The duck boats dash...

The cars go zoom..

Our neighbors will wave...

Our feet will walk...

Slow and fast!

Here to there!

Oh, what a blast!

Describe the intended vision for your early childhood book manuscript in 1-2 sentences

My intended vision for my early childhood book manuscript is to have ages 0-3 engaged in an interactive text that meets the needs of the child and caregiver. The text will be embedded with multi-sensory, kinesthetic supports that meets the literacy needs of this age group. phonics development.... all sounds integrated in final text fluency development....repitition and learning of all sounds.... comprehension development...multi-sensory/kinesthetic for all learning styles

How has this book been informed by early childhood language development research and evidence? (response minimum 250 Characters)

In 2018 I was invited to the World Literacy Summit at Oxford. I have been engaged with literacy research for over 10 years and this text has research based integration to meet The text the needs of all learners ages 0-3. My literacy research and practice has enabled me to ensure that all students I work with meet or exceed stamine growth within a specified timeline. This knowledge has been embedded in Dream Beams and ensures literacy attainment that will foster the necessary skills that begin at or around age 3. Literacy attainment is so much more than static text. It involves coupling multi sensory, kinestheitc and self efficacy devices to ensure optimal cognitive and social behavorial development! Please describe any familiarity you may have with Philadelphia and its residents? (optional question)

I was born in Philadelphia and know that caregivers there are a complex network. I also know the literacy needs of the children who reside in Philadelphia and how comprehension of text is often difficult, as evidenced via a triangulation of DATA, due to not having the critical literacy foundation from birth to age three. Phonics is a crtitical component of literacy attainment and meeting the learning styles of all learners is a vital part of the puzzle. This book is embedded with the auditory, sensory, textual, visual and spatial learning to facilitate the needs of all learners and provide a bonding and pratical approach for the caregiver!

How have you crafted this manuscript to resonate with and/or reflect the experiences of those living in urban contexts? (optional question)

I have crafted the manuscipt to resonate with the experiences of those living in urban contexts as there is a zoo in most urban cities that can be visited. There will also be pages of images and a possible animal puppet in the book! For Philly... the Philly Bee.... Philadelphia Eagles.... and Bee for embedding knowledge into each and every child one at a time..... A video of animals could also possibly be embedded and/or animal sounds! The water is also somewhere that caretakers could take their child. There is a seaport, lake, pond, or park in major urban areas.

The images will depend on money allowed for publishing! 1. I would love velcro letters...animals...words... 2. song or touch screen... 3. color.... colors of family/people/heritage... 4. puppy for imagination 5. and....a word bucket to increase word recognition as the child memorizes the words....

A multi-sensory, kinethetic book for 0-3 that incorporates all the senses which are essential for literacy attentainment in the areas of phonics, fluency and comprehsnion! A text to enhance not only the literacy attainment of the child but also a bonding experience for the child and caretaker! Incorporates static text that is coupled with multi-sensory components.

Nice effort. Will is always future tense. So I suggest you remive the word will to make the story fliw well.
