Always remember

Sometimes I remember and sometime I forget

Every morning I remember to brush my teeth

But I forget to make my bed

I remember to have my breakfast

But I forget to drink milk today

I forget to feed my pet but he remind me

I went outside to play but I forget my toys

Mama brought it for me

Thanks Mama!

When I come inside for a snack, I forget to take my boots off

I had cookies and milk

I was just going to eat three cookies

But I forget to count them

When Dad come home from work, I wa suppose to give him hug

I didn’t forget but the puppy give it first

I know it’s time for bed, I didn’t forget

But I forget to pick my toys up

I remember to take my bath

But I forget to turn off the tub

There is one thing I never forget

My bedtime story

I always make Mama remember

And I always remember

To kiss Mama Goodnight

Tell us more about you / your team

I am Khadija . I are from North Pakistan. From where I belong, our core values include gratitude, acceptance and empathy. The inspiration for the characters came to me quite quickly. After spending time in the day care center of our university, I was able to develop an understanding of how caregivers interact with children. This helped me in developing the stories and since I have been making illustrations so I visualize the story first before finding the words for it.

Good effort Khadija, certainly the persona is that of the child, especially the forgetfulness which is part of the learning process. This has a lot of potential which you may wish to revisit so you can cause it to have that element of powerful repetition or even rhymes to make it more catchy. This element will definitely make it more captivating to the child
