Describe the intended vision for your early childhood book manuscript in 1-2 sentences

I would like to see more books in the classroom that is fun and repetitive So the students can read along to it. Learning is fun we need more books that will engage children 0-3 .

How has this book been informed by early childhood language development research and evidence? (response minimum 250 Characters)

My book has a repetitive Counting that is fun and up beat something young kids can have fun with it also has animal sounds making sounds is great for language development once the children have mastered the counting song in the book each the can count the animals in the book which is early math skills

I was born and raised in Philadelphia. I own a daycare in Philadelphia and I am a foster parent in Philadelphia I work with younger children in Philadelphia everyday and I strive to make learning fun

How have you crafted this manuscript to resonate with and/or reflect the experiences of those living in urban contexts? (optional question)

I believe learning should be in everything we do having a daycare in the urban area I see first hand how young children can know many songs on the radio but can not sing their ABC’s my manuscript has a song young children can sing all day 12345678910 sounds so good let’s do it again

My name isTheresa Boyd Riley Rivers I am a wife and a mom of three beautiful children. Malcolm MaKayla And Mia my oldest has autism and ADHD I decided to open my own daycare 8 yrs ago while I was having a hard time finding a place that I felt loved my children was fun and educational I created a home away from home fun learning environment for children we think out of the box to make Learning fun we also do fun stuff like yoga music and music and jr chef my goal is to make education fun and lest challenging
