KAEA aims to teach people with disabilities to earn money to have the ability to secure a livelihood for family and themself.
The slogan of our project, and our first group of students.
What problem does your idea solve?
Our ideas is solving the problems of young people with disabilities who are not well - educated, because of different social conditions in our country. Simply, conditions to get education is very bad. We wants to give them education, which they can use sitting at home. Such knowledge as SMM technologies, polygraphy, and graphic design. They can earn money sitting at home near computer, without stress of everyday life condition.
Explain your idea
We want to Improve the quality of life of young people (18-30 years) with disabilities in movement (LOVZ) through training and employment opportunities
1. Develop social activities "Printing LOVZprint" project to the level of a national printing services and entrepreneurship training center
2. Train LOVZ in Chui , Issik Kul, and Osh (regions on KR) on computer literacy, graphic design, the SMM technology, marketing and the ability to generate self-adaptation to modern conditions
3. Attract the attention of decision makers to the problems LOVZ and their social adaptation
possible solutions in this section.
The project will train young people with disabilities in movement in Bishkek and the regions on computer literacy, graphic design, the SMM technology, communication and the art of sales. Training is aimed at mastering the printing business and other related professions. In the 12 months it will be trained about 30 people on the basis of the three centers.
Through the social welfare services, NGOs dealing with the protection of the rights of PLHIV, social network participants will be recruited for the study. Within three months, they will be training on the topics listed at the same time practice at the industrial base centers. Establish production and training will help printing professionals LOVZprint. It is planned that the project is one of the graduates will be able to continue the work on the industrial base of the regional centers.
Target group: People with disabilities in the movement of 18 - 30 years - people in wheelchairs and on crutches. We think that this group especially needs our support, because it is difficult for them to find a job, and they are experiencing the real barriers to the movement, more related to the social conditions, rather than medical reasons: the lack of ramps, special public transport, special places for invalids. This project will help them to overcome that conditions.
OUR FIRST GROUP.
How is your idea unique?
This project is unique for Kyrgyzstan, because no one before us didnt do such projects. We are not especially teaching people how to operate on computer, or know how to deal with Photoshop, SMM technologies aor CorelDraw. We teach them how they can EARN money via using all these knowledges, how to deal with social business. This project is unique that first group was completely volunteering, all trainers, coordinator, managers and drivers working for Free.
