Sketch 1 (1,500 characters)

I have represented various connected IOT devices as a gigantic bowling ball that is held securely in position by a tiny privacy wedge that stops it from rolling over and bowling over a family of a child, husband and wife. Here people are like bowling pins which is the target of hackers, the data generated from various devices has huge implications on cyber security. If hackers manage to crack the IOT system of house then they can compromise the confidential data and exploit to wipe out or damage an entire family.

I use cross pollination of technologies across industries to solve problems in a innovative manner and likes to break down complex problems into simple elements. I am also the founder of an innovation portal called where I list innovation opportunities across the world including sites like Openideo and encourage youth to take up challenges and solve them. I also have a considerable experience with visual designs as in most of my projects I need to clearly illustrate my ideas before it could be made a reality.

Why are you participating in this Challenge? (750 characters)

I have gone through the entire brief and did some intensive research in this sector and I really felt the need for a change in the visuals that were used to represent cyber security, I think the different design principles mentioned in the guide was helpful in aligning the thinking and it is really possible to convey better information to public as I believe a picture is worth a thousand words.
