Cybersecurity, working for your daily security and trust! (Ciberseguridad, trabajando por tu confianza y seguridad diaria)

For me, the aim of cybersecurity is that normal people can feel secure, and feel trust in any device with internet, so this logo says this!

Sketch 1 (1,500 characters)

Hello, I'm Carlos from Spain and this is my first proyect about design. I watched a piece of news in my mobile about this proyect, so I started to think about it while I was looking after my 7 years old daughter, and my 4 months old baby. I said, the most important in cybersecurity is to protect to the most weak pearson, like children and old people, and I think that it is important to see the human point of view, and not only the cyber logos, so I was doing brainstorming, and after a while, I saw that the right answer to this project, was to draw a girl, very relaxed and trusted, using internet (represented by an @ character), and under this, there is the security, that can be representative by a clock or by a human hand, and after that, I think that is important to use the security cycle to represent an organization with the human and cyber power that protect everything, because it's a complete team. I draw the cycle like: "plan, do it, check, and update", and inside I put some arrows to represent that It doesn't stop, you have to do it everytime. If a product have this logo, everybody will fell safe. I'm IT engeneer, but I don't have many design knowlegment so I installed gimp and libreoffice draw. I did some basics draws, and I think that I can do more pics with other people, like old people, a richman, a business man...., I try to incluid more pics about security like, certs, hash, logs, backup, but I didn'f find a place to put them.

Sketch 2 (1,500 characters)

This second sketch is following the number 1. I don't know many about designe, and my English isn't the best, but I want to adapt my pics and draws to some generals draws biggers about a hand, and about a tree. With the tree I represent people using internet, and under the tree, in the root, is the hand of security, with the security cycle, and maybe I can include more cybersecurity arms, like hash, logs, certs, but I don't find the place and way to include. The second posibility is to use a human hand, and in each finger you can see a user with internet, I can use diferent people like old people, bussiness man, .... In the middle I draw the security cycle, saying that behind internet there are a lot of people working with their own hands, not only machines,. Here I can include other things like hash, logos, crypts, keys, certs, .... I think that y cybersecurity we have to think in the final user that doesn't know anything about internet or computers. From my point of view, a bad click of an user, open a pdf, open a mail, or visiting a bad web internet, are not the way to feel unsafe in internet so we have to protect all people and we have to eliminate these attack vectors. I would like to pass this phase, and get help to improve my designs. I'm an innovative and imaginative person, and I think that my draws with some help can represent the present, past and future cybersecurity

What have you learned through this sketching process? (1,000 characters)

I have learned a lot of things. First, I learned the dificult to design, and how to use some programs for design. Second, I learned that in internet everything about Cybersecurity had a lock, or matrix, or thinks like this, so this an unreal concept for cybersecurity, because, behind cybersecurity there are a lot of professionals. The concept of cybersecurity may be more friendly and more closely to a normal person. Children have to grow knowing that when they use a mobile or a tablet, they are safe, so we need an education. But actually internet sometimes isn't a safe place. Wannacry was an attack that people and business, could stopped, with a single update. So we have start teaching our children, and then our professionals and business, to protect all the net.

Tell us more about you. (1,000 characters)

My name is Carlos, I'm from Spain, and I have 2 daughters. I'm I.T. engineer. I work as a sysadmin. I was inspired by my daughters, and the feel that we aren't doing our best when a single child isn't sure in internet, and that can be dangeourous to click in a web, a mail, a pdf, or an image. We have to protect this attack vectors, to make internet more easy. I'm not a designer, but I'm think that I'm a very creative person.

Why are you participating in this Challenge? (750 characters)

I saw in internet a piece of news saying about this proyect, and I'm a very creative person, so I started to think with a brain storming about internet, security, cyber, .... and I think that I have a very nice solution with this girl playing with @. I have to improve my design and I know that you can help me in the next phase. My family is very happy with this idea, because I have sometimes good ideas, but in general they ends only like ideas, but today I have one thing to touch, and It's really good!!! We are very happy.

Hello c null  Happy to see your contribution to the Cybersecurity challenge. How would you consider pushing this idea further? We've had a large number of very interesting creations, have you had a chance to browse other submissions? There's a very interesting conversation around cybersecurity going on!

Thank you very much!!!
I think I can improve my design working on more faces, with a better designs, and including better pics for the concepts!!
