Young people should define who they want to be and their own traits or choose from the most popular traits among the community. The next step is to create a mission designed to demonstrate the trait they choose, during this they can look at other peoples's posts for inspiration and then young people post the result of their behaviour as a photo or video that automatically shares to social network and hash tags indicate the traits the young people aim to show. Teens view streams of behaviours by trait they care about being as inspiration and give feedback and points to fellow users.

Hi Yuheng Jin, great post i really like your idea. I think choosing what area you want to go into is one of the hardest decision for our young people to make as they look into the future (specialy for those who haven't discovered their talents yet), therefor this takes time but also they can waste time thinking about it without any support or action. So creating an this environment will be really beneficial for young people. And when they get to the point where they know what career option to take, they'll develop ideas, figure out a way with supports and role models who they are looking up to. therefor they'll gain confidence and be inspired by them.
