Tell us about your idea

My right to learn everywhere, is a program, that will be adopted by countries in the world to ensure continuity of learning of students every where through digital devices to teach, learn and access information that may require limited internet. This is possible considering the social distance, during COVID19 where parents stay with their children at home. Since 80% of the countries today can afford to pay school fees and parents be able to buy smartphone. As a way of promoting technology students will be given early access with digital tables to receive information, do assignments, taught online and even if possible do exams through their assignment. for example notes and video Through a unified design of device that is proven by the country ministry of Education to use used country wide to support learning. This will make learning simple and cover a wider coverage especially areas where students usually don't have access to school. and the government will use the schools to develop a server according to their programs to teach, and ensure learning throughout the year.

What part(s) of the pre-COVID school system do you wish to leave in the past? Why?

Embracing of technology online learning and digital access of information, is very important and should be continued. However, use of physical learning is importation where young students.

Tell us a little bit about yourself and what inspired you to share this idea.

Yokoju Paul has four years experience in non-profit organisation & earned a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration from Nkumba University. As the Finance and administrative manager for the International Committee of the Red Cross for the Equatoria sub delegation, I supports staff to accomplish field work on arm conflicts through guiding on administration policy, handling finance, recruitment human resources, information management. Despite of working for ICRC, Paul founded the Enreach Foundation in 2019, a national organization supporting South Sudanese through education, health, agriculture, entrepreneurship and sustainable development. Previously, Paul worked for Windle trust international as finance & administrative office, helped to establish two new field offices in promoting Girls Primary Education & per-school children. My experience has made me to become flexible multitasking, with strong communication & organization management skills but COVID19, has made me to develop
