L&D Office hours can help teachers that are transitioning to remote teaching for the first time.
The teacher has the opportunity to partner with an L&D professional from X organization. These organizations often are familiarized with technologies and tools to facilitate in-house trainings, and some even do it remotely as they are a global company.The opportunity lies in connecting these two groups, vulnerable teachers that are experiencing remote teaching for the first time, and L&D professionals that are willing to volunteer hours of their week to mentor and support the group.
The L&D practitioner can support the teacher, and after a couple of sessions, the teacher will feel more empowered, familiarized with the technology and ready to support their students.
