I am Aparna Khanna, Associate Professor at the Department of Development Communication and Extension, Lady Irwin College (University of Delhi). I have been working closely with organisations providing services to women and youth in grassroots communities. I designs communication tools and strategies (especially centred around games and storytelling) using a participatory approach to promote desirable change with regard to contemporary development issues. Presently I am designing games for disseminating information on COVID-19, health, hygiene, nutrition, mental health and well being. These games can be played individually in the safety of our homes and when shared over social media they can be played as a group.
