This is an online platform errand/delivery service that also focuses on mental wellness through building personal relationships to help people who are lonely and craving human interaction.

This can be done by training staff to have friendly chats and check in with their clients. Clients also can get little moments of joy in simple friendly happy notes, designs or activities etc in their packages - just to make them smile.

Delivery people are frontline superstars. They are sometimes the only human contact people in self isolation have, and this presents an invaluable opportunity for human interaction via check ins and friendly catch ups. Vice versa, clients can also show their appreciation to these often exhausted and undervalued delivery people.

This service is about building a healthy, happy community.

What is the need are you focusing on?

At some point, most of us have felt scared, anxious lonely and simply craved social interaction, during this pandemic. While many safe delivery services have boomed or been started, I've read of most that focus on dropping off supplies behind closed doors and paying extra attention to be totally invisible. However, for some people, especially in socially interactive cultures like Italy, Spain, the Caribbean and Latin America, this is a lost opportunity to provide a friendly chat and check in with people. Not only is this kind, and helpful for our mental health, but it also helps build trust between your clients and staff. Staying invisible does not have a health benefit if the delivery person is following proper health protocol (unless people specifically ask for this).

What is the best example of business adaption you’ve seen in response to COVID-19?

Invisible Hands. I think it's great that they make it a point to greet their clients on delivery!
