While the restaurant industry closes its doors, food providers who are well-situated to prepare meals in high volume have an opportunity to relieve individuals and families of grocery planning, shopping, and preparation. By pivoting their model, they are reaching new customers, all while keeping their employees on payroll.

What is the best example of business adaption you’ve seen in response to COVID-19?

Eat Offbeat is a catering company that employs refugee talent. They teach culinary skills and incorporate dishes from their employees' home countries into their menus. Eat Offbeat has recently pivoted their business model to serve individuals by delivering a week’s worth of meals and snacks.
