How does your proposed solution support emerging middle-class families in urban areas in the Global South to adapt and thrive during the COVID-19 pandemic?

We will actively empowering hospital to combat pandemic chronic stress which led event like burnout, absenteeism, and interpersonal problems during COVID 19. We solves hospital workers stress and improve organizational responsiveness by provide direct support and teaching (under the supervision of experts in resilience, infection control, and professional education). We will routinely provide a range of supportive resources for health workers to support emerging middle-class families in urban areas in the Global South to adapt and thrive during the COVID-19 pandemic.We have assembled a team of experts in infection prevention and control, healthcare workers' stress and resilience, and continuous professional education. We will develop integrated guidelines for health care workers in hospital and primary healthcare facilities in response to covid-19 pandemic to support low- and middle-income families in urban areas to access information about their health and consistently measure their risk and exposure to covid-19 in Tanzania.

Viability: what needs to be true for you to be able to implement your idea? What stakeholders, partnerships and resources might be required to implement this solution?

We will distribute stories that explain the real strategies to combat pandemic chronic stress during covid 19 and support low- and middle-income families in urban areas to access information about their health and consistently measure their risk and exposure to covid-19 in Tanzania and led them to stay safe and access their income during covid 19. we will produce stories and other learning tools that demonstrate the conditions for community to stay safe and still access income during covid-19. We will share the stories of public health leaders across geographically, culturally, and racially distinct communities to highlight conditions to combat Covid 19 to community which led them to stay safe and access their income during COVID 19 and encourage the unification of public health leaders to reshape narratives and drive policy change in fighting COVID 19. We will produce films and other creative media tools to capturing and share the diverse strategies and conditions from public health expert to combat Covid 19 to community which led them to stay safe and access their income during COVID 19. We aim to develop an integrated plan for heal to respond to the pandemic, as well as role-specific guidelines to manage Covid-19 suspects and cases regarding hospital patient flow, infection control, patient supervision and support in communities.

Adaptability: how does your idea adapt to frequent changes within the context you are implementing, due to COVID-19? Consider the rapidly shifting government policies, and healthcare economic realities that might influence end users.

The goal of this project is to strengthen coordination of the COVID-19 outbreak response through recommended, evidence-based measures for detection, containment and control based on available data. These measures adhere to International Health Regulations (IHR) principles concerning human rights and proportionality.The key outcome of this project is to mitigate the rapid spread of COVID-19 through practical, evidence-informed strategies that strengthen global coordination.
