The best resources are always the official ones such as WHO since they provide reliable, expert and fact based information. Their info on mental health during the pandemic is a comprehensive one that offers great guidance for different segments of the society. Publications such as those in Psychology Today, Scientific American are also very helpful. Finding and posting humorous posts on Facebook is always a great way to cheer up others and yourself. Also posts from friends showing how they are spending their days, their thoughts and feelings are great as they make you feel we are all in this together. Participating in webinars that are in your area of interest help you connect with people with similar interests and learn new skills.

Where are you getting information around COVID-19?

I've been trying to help out fairly often on reddit but this subreddit could certainly use some professional soothing.
