I am missing the contextual information for anything on the web about COVID19. 

What populations or personas are not currently being addressed with today’s COVID-19 information?

Millennials - it should be easily accessible via a mobile device and available on the applications and channels that are frequented by mostly young people like Instagram and TikTok.
