Hearing a PSA (Public Service Announcement) from the BBC (British Broadcasting Company) really grabbed my attention – it's something that hasn't been done in years. Finding novel ways of attracting people's attention through brands that they trust with large customer loyalty may be a good way to get key messages accross.

I began to listen to the news a lot more, where as before I'd been avoiding it as I wasn't sure what was fake news and I didn't want to get 'lost' in all the content out there.

Very practical and clear advice about how we should be limiting our contact with others.

What populations or personas are not currently being addressed with today’s COVID-19 information?

My gran doesn't seem to be worried about it, and is still going outside. Of course for many older citizens, they have been through war times and so don't feel or see this to be a huge threat. How can we help them to take more care?
