Did this resource motivate you to change your behaviors?

  • Yes

In what ways did you change your behaviors as a result of this resource?

Although I am not a huge supporter of the party the Premier is state leader for, I do think she has provided a very calm approach to this situation and provided clear messaging. This has not so much changed my behaviour, but made clearer my resolve to keep my family at home for our health and that of others.

  • No

  • Local Government
  • National Government
  • News: Digital

  • Word of Mouth

What information do you feel you are missing about COVID-19?

Our levels of government are confusing the issue. Perhaps it might help to make a series of videos - which can be updated - that visually explain to people what measures they need to take - what physical distancing looks like, what surfaces are more important to clean, what cleaners are effective if you can't get any from the shop (vinegar? I'm not sure!), etc.

What populations or personas are not currently being addressed with today’s COVID-19 information?

Teenagers - they want to be with their friends, and they are 'invincible'.

What is your current profession?

University lecturer.

In what city are you located?

Lake Cathie

In what country are you located?

Australia
