I saw a video on facebook about COVID-19,what we need to know, signs and symptoms  and how to try and see whether you have the virus at earlier stages with illustrations and this caught my attention to share it with others.I found it effective because I didn't know how to tell if am likely to be having the virus but after watching the video I got to know that I can take a deep breath and exam how am feeling within ten minutes then I can seek further medical attention or help.I chose Inspiring and Uplifting each other through Social Connection because evidence shows that connecting with others and forming good relationships with family, friends and the wider community are important for mental wellbeing. Building stronger, broader social connections in your life can increase your feelings of happiness and self-worth.Believe me this COVID-19 has and it's still bringing issues of stress, depression and a lot of worrying which in the long run can lead to mental problems for some people and therefore I feel Social Connection helps us to stay together as friends, family and community at large built in unity, love and togetherness as we Social Distance to fight COVID-19 and go back to our normal lives.

Am also drinking more fluids to make sure my mouth is not dry at least after watching the video and this is going to help me not only in the fight against COVID-19 but also in keeping my body moisturized at all times.

  • Yes

In what ways did you share this information?

I used my whatsApp account and shared the video to friends and family and I was basically telling them to observe the information that is being put across because I still need them tomorrow after the virus has been defeated. This is the time for us to stand together for each other even in social distancing because you may need something and it's your friend to bail you out so it's very important for us to remain friends and family.

I feel am not getting the information on how long one takes to recover from the COVID-19 after he or she as contracted it apart from the period it may take to show the signs and symptoms. Also after recovery, what do I need to do or observe for excellent results because I maybe discharged but am actually still not very okay?

What populations or personas are not currently being addressed with today’s COVID-19 information?

The children,am actually wondering whether this COVID-19 affects children as much as it affects adults? At some point here in Uganda,I heard people saying it doesn't affect children but I think it's the opposite and therefore information has be to shared that the virus affects maybe everyone whether young,or old so that we take care of ourselves accordingly.
