Mala Project in NYC sent an email about selling ingredients instead of just take-out. They gave recipes on what to add to basic ingredients to make different dishes, as well as how long each ingredient could keep in storage. A clever way to get rid of stock and teach people about Chinese cooking basics!

They just need a recipe/instruction card and figuring out how to pack the ingredients for different amounts of people- I've enjoyed learning to cook with HelloFresh and they standardize on 2 or 4 servings as the only choices.
