We can still socialize with others by walking outside, bike riding and now block parties are popping up. The block parties include music and dancing while maintaining physical distance from others but certainly having great fun! Spring is in full bloom and it is so exciting to go for walks and take in nature.
In what ways did you change your behaviors as a result of this resource?
I have committed to call at least one friend, co-worker or family member each day to check on them and see how they are doing. I don't convince them or influence them in anyway, but just listen and focus on how we can stay healthy together.
