The Quaranteam movement has helped and inspired me so much I joined the team. It gives people a framework to feel supported and connected when isolating and going into quarantine.

If you have seen the stats between South Korea and Italy you know what quarantining can do to the spread of the virus.
Italy has blown up while South Korea has leveled off.
It is a dramatic difference.

Build your quarantine TEAM!
You do not have to do this alone.
❤️ Create a group and share information and actions that you know will benefit the whole.
❤️ Keep the group to max 8 people and create a WhatsApp group
❤️ You may not be physically together but you can be emotionally together and support wise action-taking.
Things you can do now that will set you up for success:
- Stock your freezer and pantry of all the regular foods you like to eat and drink
- Get 2 – 4 weeks of food and water
- No more social gatherings
- Get creative about ways to ways to stay home.
- Get smart by getting in touch with friends to share information.
- Reach out to most-at-risk parents, neighbors and friends with health conditions
This is helping to normalize the action of quarantining while connecting people to support each other through these tender and scary times.
