Finding one place for accurate information, pushes us to rely only on one source of truth and easily dismiss other false sources.

In what ways did you change your behaviors as a result of this resource?
I was able to rely less on a Facebook group of travelers and my airbnb host for info, and rely more on a news source that had legitimate information in one place that I could check at any time.
What information do you feel you are missing about COVID-19?
Alerts and info
The WHY: "we are doing this due to X and here is where you can find info". We are not up to date on the latest progression, testing accessibility, etc.
HOW it impacts You: More robust alert system when changes occur (we had to be proactive in finding information, & trying to sort the true from the false)
WHAT is NOT real:There is an incredible amount of misinformation.
HOW to stay safe & healthy:Everyone seems to have a different idea of what is & what is not effective.
What populations or personas are not currently being addressed with today’s COVID-19 information?
People without access to the internet. People who are stuck in travel limbo. People who only look to social media for information (there is too much out there, too little visibility into what is and is not real). The ignorant group- the people who 'could care less' and do not actively seek out news and information, and put everyone else at risk.
