twitter and facebook page of some Thai media/news (for example The standard, The matter, Mthai). Because these sources provide only essential key message in term of short message, brief and infographic. It's more practical compare to Thai government (department of disease control, ministers, prime minister, etc.) For me, the information will be benefit when it is practical, that people aware and understand what's they should react.

These media make me check for news updates more often, everyday, because I know that these channel will provide new information everyday.
I'm not looking for official government channels, since they are complicated, not comprehensive and require so much time to get through all message (eg. an hour-long facebook live clip). So much data and information from Thai government is unreliable, what they have said is not clear, and many times they changed their words, changed their messages.
I found that some information is confusing that I don't sure what I should do.
Faked information become viral so fast, by sending them forward via LINE.
