What information do you feel you are missing about COVID-19?

I think there is plenty of information about the virus including real statistics on their follow-up. We also have news about the saturation in hospitals and the need for collaboration. What I do miss is what is behind the screens. People who are undergoing this new situation of quarantine and need special help because of different reasons.

What populations or personas are not currently being addressed with today’s COVID-19 information?

The only populations that currently are not being addressed by the virus are poor/without resources people. In addition, elderly people have less information as they do not contrast it with other sources apart from television or radio.
