Development messages in infographics, videos, Gif, braille, songs which can reach people with different disabilities with accurate messages
Videos, pictures and infographics can convey accurate messages, as can songs for those visually impaired. There is a huge amount of misinformation for everyone - even those that say 'don't touch your face' don't say why. The more people understand, the more likely they will respond. Although 10-15% of the world's population has a disability, they are not specifically mentioned or their needs addressed.
In what ways did you change your behaviors as a result of this resource?
We have a big network in Uganda and Kenya through a project reaching hundred of disabled people's organisations and public and other stakeholders (improving the implementation of the UNCRPD (United Nations Convention of the Rights of Poeple with Disabilities)
