Enabling every individual to identify his/her motivations and help them bring it to life digitally through human connections
The World Health Organisation is the most trustworthy source of information in my opinion. The reason is it is effective is because its a reliable source of information as opposed to messages on social media written by random people that tends to create more false information and anxiety among the general public.
In what ways did you change your behaviors as a result of this resource?
Practiced the best possible hygiene, maintained social distancing to flatten the curve, reached out to my friends & family more often (digitally) through video conferencing (e.g. skype) as we go through these turbulent times.
In what ways did you share this information?
Personal message to individual friends.
What information do you feel you are missing about COVID-19?
What's missing is trying to identify how we can unlock what really brings joy to a person, and enabling them to achieve that through the support their network (i.e. human connections in a digital world) especially in times like these when we can no longer do some of the things that give us joy 'in-person' (e.g. visit the Sydney symphony orchestra at the Opera House, go to a concert etc.)
What populations or personas are not currently being addressed with today’s COVID-19 information?
Those without a stable internet connection located in rural/remote areas cut off from metro cities.
