It is of utmost importance to keep calm, composed, compasionate and , in essence, human.

First and foremost the official comunication proces must be scientificaly based, reasuring, conveying the clear message that able people are in charge, making the right decisions at the right time. At no time the PR person may show any signs of panic, weacknes or tirednes. The voice and tone used must be reasuring and honest..

Panic is more contagious than any virus and has more dangerous effects on the general population . It is very well documented the effect of the long term anxiety link with increased level of cortizol wich in turn causes a depression of the immune system in humans, so a calm , composed attitude from the leaders goes a long way.

It is very important to crack down on media and social media outlets spreading panic and disinformation as unfortunately many vested interest's  financed organisatons are taking advantage of the pandemic , spreading panic with disastrous effects and trying to destabilise the situation.

Many people have very limited economic self reliance(no savings) , so in order to avoid the spread of the disease by people with mild symptoms being forced by necesity out, the goverments around the world must dig deep in their pockets to support the people with the cash flow. We are as strong us our weackest link.

Rationing of basic products must be put in place at the earliest stages possible to prevent panic buying.
