What information do you feel you are missing about COVID-19?

I found the most inconsistent information around the globe about protecting ourselves from COVID-19 is about whether we should wear masks.  In the WHO website, it indicates that we don't need to wear masks unless we need to get in touch with those who suffer COVID-19.  However, we learned that the patients who carry COVID-19 could have no symptom and spread around.  I feel that the suggestion of not wearing masks don't sound very convincing.

What populations or personas are not currently being addressed with today’s COVID-19 information?

I think each country need to design COVID-19 information to address own country needs, particularly if the behaviour change required has conflicts with certain culture.  It's important to highlight the importance of changing certain culture protocol/behaviours in order to tackle this virus effectively.

I agree, even a homemade mask made from a tshirt, pillowcase, or bra (see openideo project) is better than nothing and everyone should be wearing something.
