Since I work for a big company, we’re getting daily updates from the executive committee.
We also get a lot of information from television, wich is one of the media’s that most impact people in Brasil still, and also we share a lot of information on WhatsApp.

Upload or share a link to this resource/message/source of information to share it with others.

Did this resource motivate you to change your behaviors?

  • Yes

In what ways did you change your behaviors as a result of this resource?

I’m working from home 100% the time. I’m not leaving my house unless it’s extremely necessary, I’ve been talking to my friends and family on the internet and I’ve been paying special attention to self higiene and I’ve been whasing my hands very often.

Did you share this information with your network?

  • Yes

In what ways did you share this information?

Mostly WhatsApp. In Brasil we use this media a lot and we have groups with a lot of people.
I also use instagram and hangout to make conferences with my family and friends.

Where are you getting information around COVID-19?

  • Local Government
  • National Government
  • News: Television

  • Social Media
  • WHO (World Health Organization)
  • Employer

What information do you feel you are missing about COVID-19?

When it comes to young people, all we see is that young people are not hit too hard for this virus.

We talk about statistics all the time and they’re low when it comes to young people, about 0,2% deaths.
I believe we must give voice for this 0,2% families that lost someone and also give voice to young people who lost dearly olders one, so we can show the world that everyone need to cares and be safe! I think we need to show the people and their experience behind the statistics.

What populations or personas are not currently being addressed with today’s COVID-19 information?

People from small town and areas distant from the economic center of the country.

In small cities people are still not taking it seriously, living normally, wich is even worse  because most os this cities don’t even have an equipped hospital and not many doctors.

What is your current profession?

I am and engineer and I work with projects.

In what city are you located?

São Paulo

In what country are you located?
